Cards & Loans Operations Associate (Banking)

A leading bank seeks a Cards & Loans Operations Associate in Hong Kong to support accurate settlement, reconciliation and operational controls while contributing to projects, testing and process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage card account settlement and reconciliation operations, monitor card process performance, and ensure business requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
• Support the business on Cards & Loans-related projects and initiatives. Participate in UAT and arrange live testing as a Cards SME
• Ensure operational accuracy and efficiency
• Develop strong working relationships with business counterparts and key stakeholders
• Support audit and control monitoring activities to minimise operational risks

Candidate profile:

• 2–3 years’ experience in Cards & Loans operations or settlement
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
