Treasury Settlement Operations - Banking

A leading financial institution seeks a Treasury Settlement Operations Specialist (Banking) in Hong Kong to manage treasury transactions and strengthen operational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee treasury market transaction processing, ensuring accurate settlement, payments, trade verification, and account postings
• Review transaction documentation and controls to ensure compliance with Head Office policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage settlement enquiries, credit facilities, counterparty registrations, and operational records with accuracy and timely resolution
• Execute settlements using RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance, leveraging MS Office, VBA, Excel Macros, or Alteryx to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate across teams to resolve operational issues, support ad hoc priorities, and maintain smooth, compliant treasury operations

Candidate profile:

• HKDSE or above required; degree holders with less experience are welcome, with 1+ year in treasury market settlement preferred
• Hands-on experience with RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance for treasury transaction processing and settlement
• Strong MS Office proficiency; VBA, MS Excel Macro, or Alteryx experience is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure with strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities
