Trade Support (1-Year Contract)

A leading international financial institution seeks a Trade Support Professional in Hong Kong to streamline trade operations and reconciliation, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient investment processing.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and confirm trades across multiple asset classes for timely settlement
• Reconcile cash, positions, and transactions, resolving discrepancies promptly
• Coordinate trade workflows with front office, back office, custodians, and counterparties
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements

Candidate profile:

• 2–7 years' experience in trade support, middle office, trade processing, or reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and trade processing platforms
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in high-volume environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
