Assistant Product Manager - Deposit

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a product management team responsible for deposit products across both retail and corporate banking segments, overseeing the full product lifecycle from strategic development through implementation and ongoing management.
• Drive product profitability by enhancing existing offerings and identifying opportunities to launch innovative deposit products.
• Perform market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive developments, and support the formulation of effective marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed of current regulatory and compliance requirements, and contribute to the design and enhancement of operational processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the banking industry; exposure to product management functions will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of retail and corporate banking products, as well as global financial market developments.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
