Commercial Banking Proposition Manager

A bank is currently seeking a high caliber professional to join the commercial banking division as Customer Propositions Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and support customer propositions tailored to different client segments
• Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints to enhance engagement and overall experience
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the rollout of new initiatives, supporting strategic objectives such as customer acquisition, business growth, experience enhancement, and operational efficiency
• Partner with sales, service, digital, data analytics, and marketing teams to deliver initiatives and campaigns that increase customer value and awareness
• Analyse customer portfolios and monitor market trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic planning

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of Relevant experience in the banking industry, preferably within commercial banking, with a strong understanding of customer segments, omnichannel strategies, digital banking, and supporting systems
• Experience in contact centre transformation is advantageous
• Strong sense of ownership with a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good awareness of operational risk, financial crime risk, internal controls, and compliance standards within banking environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
