Client Services Manager – Investment Bank
A leading global investment bank is seeking a Client Services Manager in Hong Kong to support institutional clients across equities and fixed income products with strong multi-asset coverage.
The role sits within a front-to-middle office environment, focusing on client onboarding, stakeholder coordination, and revenue tracking. This position offers exposure to a highly respected international network within capital markets, with involvement across the full client lifecycle activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of institutional and professional investors onto the platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process
- Partner with sales and trading teams to support full client lifecycle activities and resolve onboarding-related queries efficiently
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, including compliance, legal, and risk functions
- Track and maintain revenue-related data such as commissions, P&L attribution, and sales credit allocation with high accuracy
- Support commission processing activities, including client rebates, fee arrangements, and revenue-sharing structures
- Monitor onboarding progress to ensure timely completion in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to initiatives that enhance workflow and overall operational efficiency
- Coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all client-related activities
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, client services, or middle office roles within financial services
- Prior exposure to capital markets, securities brokerage, or investment banking environments is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of institutional client onboarding processes and effective stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across both internal teams and external clients
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and proven problem-solving abilities
- Capable of balancing client-facing responsibilities with operational and administrative tasks
- Proactive and improvement-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing processes and operational efficiency
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is strongly preferred
