Agency Recruitment - Life Insurance (Senior Officer–Manager)

A leading life insurance provider seeks an Agency Recruitment Professional to drive agency growth through strategic recruitment campaigns, talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, events, and workshops to support agency growth
• Organise career talks, client events, and campus recruitment activities
• Manage social media and branding to promote agency opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on event and marketing materials, and liaise with branding, legal, and compliance on output materials
• Support daily operations, including reporting, logistics, and budget/administrative tasks

Candidate profile:

• Degree holder preferred, with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in agency recruitment, development, or event organisation
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer (2–3+ years) or Assistant Manager (4–5+ years) roles
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in event planning or agency marketing is an advantage
