Leasing/Contract Officer (1-Year Renewable, New Territories)

A leading innovation and technology organisation seeks a Leasing and Contract Officer in Hong Kong to streamline leasing operations and support major projects, driving operational efficiency and project success.

This is an opportunity for an organised leasing or contract professional to build valuable experience across lease administration, contract coordination and property operations while contributing to a forward-looking organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Leasing & Operations team
• Assist in drafting and preparing tenancy agreements
• Maintain and update databases and filing systems to ensure accuracy and organisation
• Support and manage ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

Candidate profile:

• HKDSE/HKCEE graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in leasing administration or contract management
• Able to work independently, with strong organisational and self-discipline skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
