Manager, Asset Management (Developer)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of office buildings in Hong Kong
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with tenants, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
• Leverage international exposure and market perspectives to support leasing and portfolio management strategies.
• Independently manage leasing activities, including new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, and the preparation of related documentation.
• Lead and mentor junior team members while partnering with internal stakeholders to coordinate tenant fit-out projects and oversee budget management.
• Support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and value enhancement initiatives across the property portfolio.
• Drive and facilitate placemaking initiatives focused on tenant experience, amenities, sustainability, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably with professional qualifications in General Practice Surveying (HKIS and/or RICS).
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in leasing, asset management, or property management.
• Proven ability to develop strong business networks and establish effective relationships with tenants, corporate occupiers, property agencies, and business partners.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to take accountability, drive results, and ensure commitments are met.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to apply business, financial, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
• Knowledge and experience in sustainability initiatives and digital transformation would be advantageous.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
