Mall Promotion, AM & AGM (Retail Leasing)

My client is seeking an AM and AGM for the mall promotion team under leasing department to drive mall campaigns, increase foot traffic and tenant sales, and enhance customer experiences across few retail malls.

2 Positions - AM & AGM, Mall Promotion (Retail Leasing)

Key responsibilities:

• Working along with leasing team to support mall campaigns and events
• Support planning and execution of mall marketing strategies, campaigns, events, and tourist promotions to drive foot traffic and tenant sales
• Assist in CRM programs, including member acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty initiatives
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media, online promotions, and mall branding communications
• Coordinate with tenants, internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver joint promotions and ensure smooth campaign execution
• Monitor performance, market trends, and sales impact, and prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and budget tracking

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or Communications with at least 5 years’ experience in shopping mall promotions (12 years' experience for AGM level)
• Working experience in sizable developers is a must
• Experience in new mall's strategic and budget planning is a plus
• Strong track record in mall marketing with good business networks and partnership management skills
• Creative and trend-aware with a strong sales-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities
• Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
