My clients are well-known developers, and they are hiring leasing talents from officer to manager grade for their retail, office and residential portfolio.

Multiple openings - Officer to Manager grade for different developers in Hong Kong

Retail/ Office/ Residential Portfolio (depends on experience)

Duties:

• Handle daily leasing enquires
• Oversee all leasing-related matters, such as tenant management, leasing negotiations, leasing inquiries, pre-lease management, new rentals, and leasing proposal documents
• Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
• Conduct market research
• Strategic planning and budget planning
  
  

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• Junior to Management Levels Openings, depends on experience
• Retail/ Office/ Residential field openings, depends on experience
• Experience in leasing or related role in real estate industry
• Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
• Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
