Leasing, Associate Director - Director

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
• Drive leasing activities for the portfolio to maximize warehouse occupancy.
• Source, negotiate, and finalize lease agreements with tenants (e.g., 3PLs, e-commerce companies, retailers, freight forwarders).
• Leverage industry networks (tenants, brokers, partners) to build and maintain a strong leasing pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support tenant fit-out and handover processes.
• Build deep understanding of cross-border supply chains and identify tailored space solutions within CSG.
• Provide market insights and intelligence to support the expansion of the Hong Kong logistics property database.

Requirements

• Strong network within Hong Kong’s logistics, industrial real estate, or supply chain sectors.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in logistics property leasing or industrial real estate sales, with a proven track record of successful lease closures.
• Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs, provide solutions, and close deals.
• Self-motivated, positive, target-driven, and a collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Senior Leasing Manager
