Leasing Manager - Senior Leasing Manager (Office)

My client is a top-tier developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Leasing Manager/SM for a high-end commercial project in China.

Responsibilities:

• Being the team leader to oversea Grade A office buildings in Mainland China in order to increase occupancy and income, including developing and executing a leasing plan in reaction to market developments

• Guidance and coaching on lease liaison and negotiation with local agents and prospects for leasing activities are part of the leasing team's daily supervision.

• Collaboration or coordination with respective authorities including government liaison in relation to lease management including litigation against arrears and abscondments

• Structure and manage budget and business plans for the portfolios to maximize the financial performance

• Develop market intelligence network to obtain updated market movement, trend forecast and rental indication

• Conduct feasibility studies and regular reports to meet management requirement
  
  

Requirements

• University graduates in related disciplines

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leasing with mainland exposure

• Strong contract knowledge for lease agreements, and and leasing experience in Mainland prime office projects will be an advantage

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and management skills are essential

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, detailed-minded, efficient and have the initiative to drive for the best result

• Stationed in Hong Kong, business travel to China if necessary
