Leasing, Senior Officer - Officer (Retail + office)

My client is a middle-scale developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a senior leasing officer to manage their retail & office portfolio.

Duties:

• Handle daily retail, office and carpark leasing enquires
• Oversee all leasing-related matters, such as tenant management, leasing negotiations, leasing inquiries, pre-lease management, new rentals, and leasing proposal documents
• Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
• Conduct market research
• Strategic planning and budget planning

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• 2 year+ Experience in leasing (tenant or landlord side) or property management in real estate industry
• Working experience in developer side will be a plus
• Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
• Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
