Leasing, Manager to SM (Industrial, Logistics, Warehouse)

Our client is a listed developer with a large-scale warehouse portfolio. They would like to hire candidates with 3 years+ experience in leasing - warehouse/industrial/freight forwarder sector. Every individual's contribution is valued in their bonus scheme.

Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing transactions from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities within the warehouse and industrial sector
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Provide strategic advice to clients on property portfolio management
• Monitor market trends and provide insightful analysis to stakeholders
• Develop pricing strategy, marketing plans and related materials, arrange and execute business promotion activities, and provide timely input on property design, required equipment;
• Conduct cost benchmarking to the market price and oversee the P&L;
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3 years+ working experience in leasing within the warehouse and industrial sector
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Knowledge of market trends in the warehouse and industrial sector
• Strategic thinking with an ability to provide insightful advice on property portfolio management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
