Property Sales & Marketing - Manager

My client is a well-known developer and looking for a potential manager for their sales & marketing team to manage first-hand residential property. He/she will mainly focus on the marketing side.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce marketing collaterals, sales documents, sales office, and sales brochure.
• Formulating innovative sales approaches and pricing plans
• Create and execute promotional campaigns, as well as interact with internal departments and external partners to negotiate deals.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the property market and prepare sales and budget reports.
• Propose and provide advice to superiors on matters related to the sale of relevant properties.
• Oversee the production of property sales brochure in compliance with the First-Hand Ordinance
• Manage development/ production of sales and marketing materials including but not limited to sales office and show flat, advertising, promotional materials, sales materials and arrangements are in compliance with the related legislations and regulations
• Conduct market research and analysis on the market trend of the residential market

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines
• 8 years+ of relevant working experience, with solid experience gained from leading property developers highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in promotional marketing for property development, particularly with local developers
• Business acumen and strong analytical skills
• Strong project management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
