Business & Operation Manager - Campus Project

My client is an education group and they are seeking for a Business & Operation Manager to lead the operation, financial, health & safety, sustainabiltiy and facility management of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and facilities management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and sustainable learning environment.

• Ensure compliance with the group's policies, Hong Kong legislation, and school accreditation requirements.

• Lead and manage the service profiders' performance

• Assist with setting up new school project (if any)

• Assist with financial management, including strategic planning, budgeting, procurement, asset management, and financial reporting

• Support the development of community partnerships and income generation through lettings, sponsorship, or other initiatives.

• Identify improvement area through feedback, internal audits, survey from students etc.
  
  
• Help with promoting group sustainabiltiy initiative and plan setting

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Accounting or related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).

• 6 years+ experience in organisational management

• Experience in campus or education group will be a plus

• Experience in sustainability project and digital transformation is preferred

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
