Customer Service Executive - Co-working Space

My client is a large scale co-working space group. They are currently looking for an executive sitting at the front desk to take care of the clients and provide a grade A level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute move-in and move-out processes for all clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Build strong relationships with members and plan and execute community events by coordinating with internal teams and external parties

  • Support the Center Manager in enhancing operational efficiency, sales performance, and member satisfaction by performing daily tasks and administrative assignments (e.g., data entry and report preparation, etc.)
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at the front desk, addressing the needs and enquires of members and potential clients

  • Oversee center operations, including managing meeting room bookings and handling calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure the center is sanitized and defect-free, identifying areas for improvement and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Real Estatem Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in co-working spaces, hotel front desk or club floor with friendly and service-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A good team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, and good command of Putonghua
