Field Services/ Maintenance Manager(F&B)

Our client is a rapidly growing lifestyle brand in Hong Kong, currently undergoing exciting business expansion across multiple retail/operating locations and central production facilities. To support their growing footprint, they are seeking a passionate, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead and execute their technical operations.

Role Overview
This is an all-round, active management role combining physical maintenance, troubleshooting, project oversight, and contractor management. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day facility and equipment operations across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain scheduled maintenance plans in compliance with corporate and safety standards.
• Hands-On Repairs & On-Call Response: Directly execute general equipment repairs, testing, and fault finding; manage on-call reactive service requests via internal tracking systems.
• Contractor & Project Oversight: Coordinate external tradespeople and specialized contractors, ensuring high work quality, adherence to budgets, and timely delivery.
• Store Upgrades & Fit-Outs: Support technical planning and execution for new site openings, store refurbishments, and upgrades.
• Parts & Supply Chain Coordination: Assist with spare parts inventory management, stock organization, and supplier logistics.
• Admin & SOPs: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, diagnose root causes, document procedures, and update technical manuals/SOPs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with site operations teams to resolve technical issues promptly and minimize operational disruptions.

Key Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a technical or facilities maintenance role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site commercial operations.
• True "hands-on" mindset: Strong willingness to handle direct physical maintenance and troubleshooting rather than solely supervising others.
• Proven track record in managing planned maintenance programs, external vendors, and contractors.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of English is required.
