Property Officer (Retail Portfolio)

A well-known developer in Hong Kong seeks for a Property Officer for a sizable retail portfolio in HK Island side.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the supervisor in overseeing daily property operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
• Respond to client enquiries and provide high-quality customer service
• Coordinate with the technical team on unit handover and take-back to ensure service quality standards are met
• Monitor tenants’ fitting-out submissions and schedules to ensure compliance with all requirements
• Assist in managing estate and mall common area operations
• Support leasing activities to improve occupancy, including negotiating terms with prospective tenants and preparing tenancy agreements and related legal documents
• Generate regular reports and conduct market research
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of work experience, including 1 year in property management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
