Customer Service (Property Handover), Senior Officer
Our client is a well-known developer and they are hiring a SO for Property Handover team focusing on their first-hand residential project.
Responsibilities:
- Handle property handover and aftersales complaints
- Represents the Developer on handling customer interaction, following up works progress, participating in planning the handover of new developments, as well as assisting on training of the team
- Conduct defects inspection
- Manage and monitor external parties to carry out maintenance, improvement and defect rectification works
- Deploy in all projects and work within the guidance of the department's standard operating procedures.
- Assist in building a superior brand standard in all upcoming projects.
- Report to the management of all irregularities within the responsible area.
Requirements:
- Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer services management of real estate industry
- Experience in dealing with property handover& aftersales complaints; customer service software & tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to lead and motivate a team
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing is a must
