Customer Service (Property Handover), Senior Officer

Our client is a well-known developer and they are hiring a SO for Property Handover team focusing on their first-hand residential project.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle property handover and aftersales complaints
  • Represents the Developer on handling customer interaction, following up works progress, participating in planning the handover of new developments, as well as assisting on training of the team
  • Conduct defects inspection
  • Manage and monitor external parties to carry out maintenance, improvement and defect rectification works
  • Deploy in all projects and work within the guidance of the department's standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in building a superior brand standard in all upcoming projects.
  • Report to the management of all irregularities within the responsible area.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer services management of real estate industry
  • Experience in dealing with property handover& aftersales complaints; customer service software & tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing is a must
