Project manager（E&M,60k up）

Our client is looking for an Manager/ Senior Manager to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Operations & Maintenance teams in delivering efficient operational services and executing preventive and routine maintenance activities across multiple projects.
• Report to Project head ,overseeing the whole project management.
• Participates in client meetings, special award programs and handle resolution of client service problems in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree in Building Services / Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years project management experience in Electrical/MVAC/ Fire Services/ELV engineering .
• Good leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
