Our client is looking for a Technical Service Manager to join their team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage chiller plant upgrading, replacement, and maintenance projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Oversee project execution,technical works and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage service and project teams, drive customer satisfaction, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and identify opportunities for business growth and energy-efficiency solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant MVAC project and service experience.
  • Proven experience in chiller plant / MVAC projects upgrading, replacement, and maintenance projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
