General Manager (Environmental, Salary up to 90-100K)

General Management role

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership: Shape and drive the waste management Unit’s strategy, aligning with company sustainability goals. Manage P&L and KPIs.

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and accountability.

• Operations: Oversee efficient, compliant, and sustainable operations, driving process improvements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with government, contractors, and partners; represent the company at events.

• Market Growth: Identify opportunities in the green economy, staying ahead of trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Senior management experience, ideally in environmental or sustainability sectors.

• Strong business acumen with P&L and strategic planning expertise.

• Proven leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of recycling, waste management, or Hong Kong environmental policies.

• Familiarity with green technologies and sustainable practices.

• Degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
