Senior Interior Designer (Developer)

• Evaluate and approve tenants’ fit-out submissions to ensure compliance with the mall’s design and operational standards.
• Develop interior design and graphic design solutions for shopping mall enhancement, refurbishment, and asset improvement projects.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation and upgrading projects across the mall portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in retail interior design and graphic design, preferably within shopping mall or commercial environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate leasing and business requirements into practical, customer-focused design solutions.
• Good understanding of shopping mall operations, retail environments, and tenant fit-out processes.
