Senior Project Manager (Arch, Developer)

A Hong Kong organisation seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead architectural development and redevelopment projects, delivering sustainable, high-quality residential communities with lasting urban impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of development and redevelopment projects, driving feasibility and schematic design to achieve high-quality, viable residential outcomes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on planning studies and new initiatives, ensuring strategic and regulatory alignment
• Develop and enhance technical standards and specifications to maintain design consistency and project excellence
• Manage consultants and contractors, ensuring performance, accountability, and delivery aligned with project and business goals
• Oversee post-completion works, including defect rectification and ISO14001 audits, ensuring quality assurance and sustainability compliance

Candidate profile:

• 10+ years’ experience in planning, design, and project management, including 7+ years' post-qualification in large-scale residential development
• Professional qualification with membership in recognised building industry bodies, preferably with an architectural background
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, technical standards, and construction best practices
• Solid understanding of property market dynamics and current construction industry trends.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and consultants
