A leading listed company seeks an Investor Relations, Assistant Manager in Hong Kong to strengthen investor engagement and market communications, enhancing stakeholder confidence and corporate reputation.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of investor relations strategies, preparing investor presentations, roadshow materials, and executive briefing documents
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and engagement activities while maintaining an accurate investor and analyst database
• Assist in the preparation of interim and annual results, including earnings releases, presentation materials, and Q&A documents
• Monitor market developments, analyst research, and peer performance, providing timely insights to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking, and market research to strengthen investor communications and market positioning
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and strategic support for senior management and investor relations initiatives

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related finance function, preferably within a listed company
• Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, and the Hong Kong regulatory environment
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
