Compliance Manager | APAC | ISO exp

A leading organisation seeks a Compliance Manager in Hong Kong to strengthen APAC compliance transformation by driving regional governance frameworks and enhancing business resilience, risk management, and regulatory excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain regional policies, procedures, and training materials, and provide advisory support on compliance matters including data protection, information security, and HSE
• Monitor audit findings and ensure timely remediation; coordinate annual risk assessments across information security, data privacy, HSE, ESG, and business continuity
• Lead compliance initiatives such as business continuity exercises and documentation updates, and support ISO-aligned management systems
• Manage client and vendor due diligence processes, including responding to security assessments and questionnaires
• Handle incident investigations and reporting for data protection and HSE, and support ESG reporting through data collection and analysis

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in compliance, audit, information security, HSE, or related disciplines
• Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes
• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across regions
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; willingness to travel within APAC as needed
