FP&A Manager (4-Month Contract) | Science Park | 50k

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, financial modelling, KPI monitoring, and business partnering.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and performance insights.
• Analyse variances against budget, forecast, and prior-period results, and provide recommendations to management.
• Partner with business and operational teams to support financial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support management reporting and ad hoc financial projects during the contract period.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Qualified accountant or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or commercial finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP or financial planning systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently and deliver under a tight timeline.
• Immediate availability is essential.
