Senior Finance Manager | Group level

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support business and group functions
• Manage the Group’s annual budgeting process, including new business initiatives and investments
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancement and process automation
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee BU monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with business units on cost management, performance tracking, and profitability enhancement
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, and propose optimisation strategies
• Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process

The Successful Candidate

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant (e.g., HKICPA or equivalent), with big4 trained background
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong exposure to group-level reporting, budgeting, and business partnering
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modelling
• Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in multinational environments, including China exposure
• Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
