A leading multinational retail organisation seeks a Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive financial planning and performance across APAC, enabling strategic decision-making and business growth.

Role overview:

The Regional FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the retail business across multiple APAC markets. The role acts as a key business partner to regional and country leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions and performance improvement

Key responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning across the region, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
• Deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and commentary on key business drivers and profitability trends
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for business planning, investment decisions, scenario analysis, and strategic projects
• Partner with regional and country leadership to shape decisions on pricing, assortment, cost optimisation, and resource allocation
• Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A reporting (ERP/EPM, Power BI, etc.) and support regional finance transformation initiatives

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent preferred
• 10 years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience in multinational companies, with regional or multi-market exposure
• Retail industry experience (preferably large MNC) and knowledge of APAC markets
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills; advanced Excel and ERP/EPM tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
