Senior FP&A Manager | FMCG

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Hong Kong P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis
• Lead financial planning processes (annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning)
• Provide business partnering support to Sales and Marketing teams, offering financial insights to drive decision-making
• Analyse revenue performance, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness to maximise profitability
• Monitor key financial KPIs and identify risks and opportunities proactively
• Prepare and present management reports with clear commentary and actionable recommendations
• Support cost control initiatives and efficiency improvements across the business
• Collaborate with regional teams and ensure alignment with group reporting standards
• Participate in ad hoc analysis, business cases, and strategic projects

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA) is required
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in FP&A / commercial finance, ideally within FMCG or consumer-focused industries, from strategy consulting background
• Strong experience in full P&L management and financial modelling
• Proven track record of business partnering with Sales & Marketing functions
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced MNC environment
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, Power BI is a plus)
