FP&A Manager | APAC | 60k

A leading global food business is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join its APAC regional team based in Hong Kong.

This role acts as a key finance partner across business units, supporting strategic and operational decision-making through high-quality financial insights. You will take ownership of planning, budgeting, and forecasting while contributing to a culture recognised for supportive leadership, inclusivity, and strong professional development opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with APAC business units as the key finance contact point to provide financial guidance and support operational decision-making
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for regional APAC markets
• Deliver insightful analysis on business performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Provide financial support for strategic projects, investments, and new business initiatives across APAC
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate governance standards
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering collaboration and high performance

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred
• Proven experience in FP&A roles, ideally within multinational corporations or with regional APAC exposure
• APAC market exposure and experience managing cross-border operations
• Strong business partnering skills with ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and data visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Smart, presentable, confident in engaging with senior leadership; high integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities
