About the Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis function, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the global business, leading a lean team and shaping the FP&A framework in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business growth
Partner with regional and functional leaders to drive financial performance and accountability
Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making
Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, and data integrity
Support the CFO on strategic projects, including business expansion, M&A, and transformation initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop a small FP&A team

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is required
10–15+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, ideally within a fast-paced, international business
Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing or mentoring a team
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
Experience in services, consulting, or asset-light business models is advantageous
