Fast-growing global services business seeks a Head of FP&A to partner closely with the CFO. This role will lead a small team, driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while delivering insights to support business growth. Ideal for a hands-on finance leader experienced in fast-paced, international environments, with strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis function, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the global business, leading a lean team and shaping the FP&A framework in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business growth
  • Partner with regional and functional leaders to drive financial performance and accountability
  • Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, and data integrity
  • Support the CFO on strategic projects, including business expansion, M&A, and transformation initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small FP&A team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is required
  • 10–15+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, ideally within a fast-paced, international business
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
  • Experience in services, consulting, or asset-light business models is advantageous
