FP&A Manager (4-Month Temp) | Science Park | 50k

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Manager based in Science Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track company performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and align plans.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth based on financial analysis.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or financial software systems is a plus.
