Senior Financial Analyst | MNC | 45k x 13

The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to the regional finance team, responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools to predict company performance and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor data, and internal financial metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead monthly/quarterly financial reviews and provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with operational and business units to drive cost control, productivity, and profitability enhancement.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
• Support internal and external audit processes by coordinating documentation and explanations.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in financial reporting and analysis workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role, preferably within an MNC.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
