Finance Manager | Listed Co | 80% Shenzhen Travel | 50k

A leading listed company seeks a Finance Manager to strengthen cross-border accounting operations, driving financial integrity and informed business decisions across Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of accounting operations including AR/AP, GL, month-end closing, and consolidation for Hong Kong and Shenzhen entities
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and working capital optimisation across entities
• Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years’ progressive finance experience
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, Hong Kong tax regulations, and Mainland China accounting practices
• Proven ability to manage cross-border finance operations and lead teams across multiple locations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (80%) to Shenzhen as part of core responsibilities
