Senior Finance Manager (Welcome Big 4 Candidates)

A leading financial institution seeks a Senior Finance Manager in Hong Kong to modernise finance operations, investment accounting, and reporting, driving digital transformation, regulatory excellence, and sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end finance operations, owning month-end close, reporting, and controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Drive management reporting through P&L forecasting, variance analysis, AUM reporting, and executive insights for strategic decision-making
• Oversee investment accounting, regulatory reporting, and internal controls, ensuring SFC FRR compliance and successful audit outcomes
• Drive finance transformation by implementing AI and digital automation to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and optimise processes
• Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to standardise finance processes and support strategic business objectives

Candidate profile:

• 8–10 years' finance experience within financial services, with a consulting, Big 4, banking, or insurance background preferred
• Strong expertise in investment accounting, SFC FRR, SAP, Hyperion, and advanced Excel
• Experience in regulated financial services environments, delivering financial reporting, compliance, and governance
• Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred), with hands-on experience in process improvement, AI, and digital finance transformation
