A growing international organisation seeks an Accountant in Hong Kong to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting regional business performance.

You will independently oversee the full set of Hong Kong accounts, partner with regional offices, and report directly to the German headquarters in a collaborative international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Full-set accounting: revenue, costs, expenses, fixed assets, intercompany, bank reconciliations
• Month-end/year-end closing and preparation of financial statements
• Monthly reporting packs and variance analysis for German HQ
• Intercompany reconciliations and coordination with other offices
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other external parties
• Maintain controls, documentation, and improve accounting processes

Candidate profile:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 10 years’ full-set accounting experience, preferably in an MNC
• Strong Excel experience
• Good English (written and spoken); able to work independently and communicate professionally with HQ and regional teams
