An international organisation seeks a Finance Manager to strengthen global statutory reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate multi-country financial control and driving process improvement across regional teams.

Key responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager, you will safeguard financial integrity through statutory reporting and compliance oversight across multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and audit readiness.

  • Own end-to-end statutory reporting across multiple legal entities and countries, ensuring accurate, timely financial statements and disclosures in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local regulatory requirements
  • Lead statutory audit coordination, including audit planning, file preparation, query resolution, and effective engagement with external auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure robust financial governance and audit readiness by maintaining compliance with statutory filings, regulatory deadlines, and reporting standards
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations, statutory journals, and key accounting entries to ensure reporting accuracy and strengthen internal controls
  • Partner with regional finance, tax, shared services, and external advisors to manage cross-border reporting obligations and drive standardisation and process improvements

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong experience in statutory reporting and audit coordination across multinational environments, with solid GAAP/IFRS knowledge and a focus on accuracy and compliance.

  • Qualified accountant (CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent preferred) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Strong experience in statutory reporting, financial accounting, audit coordination, and legal entity compliance
  • Hands-on knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, with ability to apply accounting standards across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience working in multinational, matrix, or multi-entity environments with cross-border reporting exposure
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver accurate outputs under tight regulatory deadlines
