Finance Lead | IT MNC | Need ERP imple exp | up to 65K

I am hiring for a client, a MNC, IT background listed company and they are looking for a new finance lead to drive and focus on system implentation & workflow review. Looking for someone with bi4 audit background + strong commercial experience. Experience on ERP implementation would be a MUST and it would be a strong plus if this person also have strong experience on financial operation.

Job Description:

1. Operational Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance division
• Ensure efficient cash flow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing processes
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Transformation Initiatives:
• Lead and manage finance transformation and automation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management and ensure successful project execution.
• Provide training and support to team members on new systems and processes.
3. Compliance and Controls:
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial data and mitigate risks.
• Monitor finance operational performance and implement necessary changes to achieve KPI

Experience Requirements:

1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred but more focus on relevant experience
2. Work Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on operational management and transformation projects.
• Previous experience in managing cross functional stakeholders within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
3. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience with financial transformation projects and change management.
4. Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
