Manager, Corporate Finance | Professional Services MNC | 65k

A leading multinational professional service institution seeks a Manager (Corporate Finance) in Hong Kong to drive M&A and strategic advisory projects, delivering impactful financial insights and deal solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, owning deal execution, valuations, transaction materials, and client deliverables through closing
• Build and review complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, merger analysis, and accretion/dilution, to drive pricing and deal structuring
• Deliver industry, market, and competitive analysis to shape strategic recommendations and support informed client decision-making
• Oversee financial due diligence, assessing earnings, EBITDA, net debt, cash flow, and profitability while coordinating cross-functional specialists
• Advise clients on deal structuring, negotiations, SPA matters, and post-merger integration while managing timelines, communication, and quality
• Drive business development and team growth through proposals, pitches, market mapping, thought leadership, and mentoring junior professionals

Candidate profile:

• 5–8 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, ideally from Big 4, investment banking, or boutique advisory
• Proven experience executing buy-side, sell-side, and cross-border M&A transactions with strong DCF, LBO, and valuation expertise
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with Capital IQ or Bloomberg experience considered advantageous
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, problem-solving, and valuation skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills, managing multiple workstreams and senior-level engagements under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; CPA, ACCA, CFA, CA, or Master’s preferred, with fluent English and Chinese
