Business Development & Client Engagement – Global FX Settlement Firm (HKD 50-60k)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and executing cross-selling and upselling opportunities for settlement, membership, data, and processing solutions across institutional client portfolios
• Build and strengthen strategic client relationships through targeted engagement plans, value-driven presentations, and trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Own the business development pipeline by managing CRM activities, developing account strategies, tracking opportunities, and delivering market intelligence to support commercial decisions
• Represent the organisation across industry events while collaborating with internal subject matter experts and global teams to resolve client needs, promote solution adoption, and share best practices
• Support regional business objectives by contributing to APAC initiatives, creating impactful marketing materials, and assisting with operational activities that enhance client engagement and commercial success

Candidate profile:

• Proven experience in business development, institutional sales, or account management within FX markets, financial market infrastructure, payments, custody, or related financial services
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, account planning, pipeline management, and the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
• Demonstrated success managing institutional client relationships, driving new business, and representing organisations at industry events within regional or global financial markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and highly organised, with strong commercial acumen, adaptability, resilience, and the ability to analyse market trends to identify business growth opportunities
