A leading financial institution in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Associate, Credit / Loan Administration (Corporate Banking) to manage loan documentation, collateral controls, and credit operations, ensuring accurate lending processes and effective risk management.

Senior Associate, Credit Administration / Loan Administration (Corporate Banking)

Key responsibilities:

• Documentation & Custody: Prepare, review, and maintain safe custody of legal loan documents
• Credit & Collateral Control: Monitor loan utilisation, manage collateral assets, and oversee post-lending control processes
• Reporting & Support: Generate management reports and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in credit or loan administration
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is highly advantageous
