RM - Structured Finance, Corporate Banking

A leading international financial institution seeks a Relationship Manager (Structured Finance) in Hong Kong to expand corporate banking opportunities and deliver complex financing solutions for institutional and corporate clients across Asia.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a diversified portfolio including PE sponsors, non-bank financial institutions, and large corporates
• Product Coverage: Leveraged buyouts, project finance, M&A Finance, syndicated loans, leveraged finance, bond issuance, hedging, and cash management solutions etc
• Assess complex deal structures, identify key risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• CFA qualification or prior experience in leveraged finance is an advantage
• Proven banking experience as a Corporate Relationship Manager with strong client connections and expertise in new client acquisition
• Solid knowledge of corporate banking products and expertise in credit analysis
• Willingness to travel frequently to China for business visits
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong proficiency in Mandarin
