Assistant Relationship Manager, Commercial & Corporate Banking

A leading corporate bank seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager in Hong Kong to strengthen SME and corporate client relationships, support business growth, and deliver exceptional banking solutions.

This opportunity offers exposure to client servicing, credit management, and relationship support within a collaborative and inclusive banking environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain client credit lines and ensure proper management of facilities provided
• Handle account services including opening, maintenance, correspondence, and related operational tasks
• Oversee daily transactions and maintain clear communication with customers
• Conduct account reviews, including trigger-event reviews, KYC, CDD, and reactivation of dormant accounts
• Support client engagement by accompanying Relationship Managers on periodic customer visits to update client status and explore new business opportunities
• Facilitate credit risk control to ensure compliance and sound risk management practices Skills

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
• 1–2 years' banking experience with solid exposure to marketing or credit
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
