Enterprise Architect, ERP, Regional (SAP/ Oracle)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data architecture strategy across core business platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, CRM, Finance, HR, and operational systems.
• Design and govern end-to-end data integration frameworks, ensuring seamless data exchange across ERP, CRM, warehouse management, transportation, billing, and enterprise applications.
• Lead enterprise-wide data governance initiatives covering master data management, data quality, ownership, lineage, and compliance standards.
• Drive data migration and transformation activities associated with major ERP and business system modernisation programmes.
• Define integration standards leveraging APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT processes, event-driven architecture, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to optimise business processes and establish scalable data models supporting global operations.
• Evaluate and recommend future-state architecture, integration technologies, data platforms, and reporting solutions.
• Provide architecture governance and technical leadership across multiple transformation initiatives globally.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, ERP integration, enterprise application architecture, or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven expertise integrating complex business platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, CRM solutions, Finance, HR, and operational systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies, including APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT frameworks, cloud integration, and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP modernisation, data migration, system consolidation, and enterprise integration initiatives.
• Solid understanding of data governance, master data management (MDM), data quality, data lineage, and information management best practices.
• Experience designing scalable data and integration architectures across global, multi-business-unit environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and modern data platform technologies.
• Familiarity with AI, advanced analytics, and automation initiatives from a data architecture and integration perspective.
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, or other operationally intensive industries would be highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technology leaders.
