Full Stack Developer

A leading education and digital learning organization is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to drive the development and enhancement of modern digital learning platforms and web applications.

This role will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable cloud-based solutions while working closely with Product, UX/UI, Editorial, and Technology teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative digital products that support educators and learners across regional and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance digital learning platforms and web applications.
  • Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
  • Develop and support APIs, integrations, authentication services, and content delivery solutions.
  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, database, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
  • Support system releases, testing, documentation, and production environments.
  • Contribute to development best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development or Software Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and serverless technologies.
  • Good understanding of Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience within Digital Products, Education Technology, Publishing, or Technology-driven environments is an advantage.
