Application Support (Payment Gateway, PERM)

The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through testing and deployment. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for digital payment gateway services.
• Assist clients with testing by setting up sandbox accounts, providing technical documentation, sample code, and coding support.
• Guide clients through testing and pre-launch activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for merchants in live environments.
• Communicate effectively with merchants and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in technical support or merchant services (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good understanding with web technologies such as Node.js, Java JSP, Ruby, Python, VB, .NET, MySQL, SQL Server, PHP, ASP, Windows/Linux servers, XML, SOAP, REST.
• Ability to write scripts and use tools like POSTMAN is a plus.
