Enterprise Architect / Senior Enterprise Architect (GenAI)

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate business priorities and strategic goals into future-state architecture plans and actionable technology solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership across business, application, data, cloud, and AI domains.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and reusable architecture building blocks.
• Conduct architecture assessments and reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.

AI & Generative AI Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI platforms and solutions.
• Establish architecture standards and best practices for AI adoption and governance.
• Design scalable AI architectures covering data ingestion, data processing, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and emerging AI technologies.
• Define enterprise AI governance models to ensure responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI technologies.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend innovative solutions that create business value.

Cloud, Data & Platform Modernization

• Architect cloud-native and hybrid technology platforms supporting enterprise transformation.
• Design scalable data and application architectures to support AI-driven business initiatives.
• Guide technology teams on architecture best practices, integration patterns, and platform strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, resilience, scalability, and security requirements.
• Support modernization initiatives across enterprise applications, data platforms, and digital ecosystems.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with senior business leaders and technology stakeholders to shape strategic technology decisions.
• Influence architecture direction and drive adoption of enterprise standards across technology teams.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide expert guidance to delivery, engineering, and business teams.
• Mentor and develop architecture talent while fostering a strong architecture community.
• Collaborate with regional and group architecture teams to align technology strategy and enterprise standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years (EA) or 15+ years (Senior EA) of experience in Enterprise, Solution, or Technology Architecture within large and complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture strategy, governance, frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI architecture, including LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, AI Governance, and AI integration frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of Cloud Architecture (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP), Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, and enterprise platform design.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, or Healthcare is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive enterprise-wide initiatives, and mentor architecture talent.
• Exposure to enterprise AI transformation programs, cloud modernization, architecture operating models, and insurance-related AI use cases would be advantageous.
